My TV started this convergence problem, I found some helpful information on the internet and tried to fix it myself.
BEFORE I CHANGE ANY PARTS
When i went to the "Setup" menu and try to adjust the convergence ('convergence 2' menu - page 21 of user manual), i couldn't get those red crosses to align with the white ones.
WHAT I CHANGED
Following the instructions i found online, i changed the two STK392-110 (ref # IC7001 and IC7002). Somebody else told me i had to change the resistors R7048, R7049, R7050, R7053, R7056, R7059 (2,2 Ohms x 2 wats) so i did.
These resistors are not on the replacement part list of the manual but their values are available on the scematics (A-Board).
WHAT I GOT
After i put everything back on place i turned the TV on, went to the same 'convergence 2' menu (user manual page 21) I was able to align the crosses.
THE BIG PROBLEM IS the lines are not straight.
I'm not sure how to explain it but the 2 lines that make the cross are a little bit curved, rounded, waving, something like that.
So, i can get the center of the two crosses on top of each other (before the new STK's i couldn't) but the lines wont align because they are not straigh lines, I end up with a picture that looks like this one:

I went to the service menu and got something like the picture bellow but a lot worse:

I follow the instructions from page 22 to 23 of the service manual (Fine Adjustment Mode - FINE - Convergence) but didn't get luck.
The lines are too curved.
So, is there a way i can reset all changes i made on the service menu to factory default?
And is there anything else i can do fix it?
I hope somebody can help me with that.
