I have a question, I have cable with a coaxial wire, and bought a DVD/VCR player that doesnt support this cable. What can I do to install cable from the cable company with coaxial to the DVD/VCR player. Do I need to purchase anything or is it not possible to?

Your DVD/VCR doesn't have a tuner.
Does your TV have an video outputs? You could use the TV's tuner, but then you'll be watching whatever you are recording.

You could buy a RF demodulator; something like http://www.firebird-systems.com/graphics/tuners/ptb500.shtml
