As another user posted many months ago without any replies

"32in Akai tv won't come out of standby. Light stays red and won't turn green and power up. Tried both the remote and console control. Akai has not responded to my request for assistance. Any help out there?

I have heard it's a few components on the power supply, if anyone has a service manual they could send me or list of the components to test and/or a fix for it I would greatly appreciate it.
