have a p42hdtv that intermittently has the picture flashing in a strobe like fashion. it does this for all inputs. does not matter if been on for five minutes or one hour. just randomly does it. sound is not affected but picture is hard to see. replaced the main board but did not correct the problem. has anyone change out inverter board if having this problem in the past? thanks for any suggestions
