Hi- My samsung has a new color whell and after about 2 months of moderate use, we are getting a "magenta color" on the faces of people in a dark background setting. ? Any ideas. Bulb seems fine. No blinking lights ect...

The problem might be a rainbow effect. the “rainbow effect”:features high contrast areas of moving bright/white objects on a mostly dark/black background.
