Hello and thanks in advance!

I have a Tatung P46 (P46CCWV is what I find on the internet but my back panel only says P46) Plasma TV.

The TV will come on with amber light when switch on rear is applied and 2 relays click on and maybe back off. After I hit the power button, the amber light flashes and then I get a constant green light (no relay sound).

There is never anything on the screen. I checked the 4 fuses and they are fine.

I have searched to the end of the internet and cannot find anything on a Tatung P46. I found Vizio P46 but not the Tatung. I would like a service manual so I can test the power supply. From what I see it has a good AC input and the red and white output floats from 3-5VDC.

Any help at all will be very much appreciated!
