Just in the last week my tv has gotten a line across the top of it and doesnt go away the whole time my tv is on. Also when you first turn the tv one 3 lines come across the screen but do go away they are red, blue, and green. Thanks for the help

My sylvania TV has a beautiful picture but suddenly yesterday the volume will not come on. It is on the cable and I have a box to the analog TV for reception. The remote has been checked and played with and still no volume. The mode is 6420FF, serial #V37577813. What could be wrong?
