I recently replaced the lamp with a philips replacement that is much brighter. I now notice that any scene where there is a bright white area, it oversaturates into the other areas. Any ideas on how to adjust this thru the svc menu?

Hi Jeffrey,

Check if you have your picture mode in cinema or dynamic, if you do then change it to standard. If you already have it in standard then try adjusting the brightness. Just pull up the menu screen and select the picture option, there you'll see all the picture settings.

Also check the owners manual, if you don't have it then try entering your TV model on Google to track the TV manual.

I hope this helps out, take care.
