My DLP Samsung 67 had a color wheel go out. So I replaced it. Then I replaced the ballast and the lamp. I followed all of Ovadoggva's instructions and bought from the company's he said to. However the colerwheel will only fire up the ballast outside of it's housing. When I place it in the housing it will not fire up the ballast. Please help me with this. Thank you very much. Regards, Capt Ben |

Ben, I'm trying to test my color wheel out of the housing, is there anything special you had to do to get it to spin? |

Joe, Thank you very much for responding. It really means a lot to me. I have had this TV down for 4 months now because I became frustrated with it. Other than mashing down the little lever without the cover I have not done anything different that I know of. I read under OVA's thread where you can check the color wheel that way. It spins it's little heart out when I test it that way. Thanks for the help. Regards, Capt Ben |
