Hi all,

I have a Samsung 60" DLP that is 3 years old that has a video problem that I thought was a poor cable signal. The cable rep states that it is the TV. When the broadcast goes from regular broadcast to a commercial, the picture flutters. When it goes back to the regular broadcast it is fine. The cable rep speculates that the mother board may be bad. Any help would be appreaciated.
