Hello all! I have a strange problem I'm perplexed by. I connected the HDMI cable to my HDTV and now I get closed captioning, all the time and I can't shut it off. When the signal comes in through the coaxial input there is no closed captioning. I don't know what I should do. Any suggestions? Thanks

I did find out that is was a setting on the cable box that wasn't visible to home users without technical assistance. The menu is only available when you press the menu button with the box turned off and the tv on. A Motorola box.
