I purchased the KDF-42WE655 around four years ago.For some time now there have been magenta splotches creaping all over the screen. It started off looking like finger prints, but is now taking over the entire screen.For what this unit cost it is not at all acceptable. Sony has been no help when contacted. I am looking for similar reports on this site. Any help would be great.I had expected at least 8-10 years from this unit and not a bit over three.
