Hi, I live in the UK and was given a SONY SLV-D930 DVD/VHS player at Xmas 2005 but when I try to play a set of DVDs from USA they come out in black & white. The sound is OK but not the colour. They are, however, OK if played on a computer.
PLEASE, does anyone know the code to make this machine "multi-regional"?

If they play at all it's not a region problem. See if you can find PAL/NTSC settings somewhere in the menus. If there's nothing there, you must have got one of the few units that is PAL only.
