My Sonicview 4000 and Viewsat Ultra receivers are turning off by themselves to show only black on the receivers. It happens a couple of times every day? Any suggestions?

Lisa Vs Ultra is up on all.
Delete the satellite in channel scan and do a blind scan then a autoscan, return in antenna setup and be sure that you have LNB type on standard and port is OK.
