My 3500SD has listed issues:

1. The Coaxial output to TV has gone bad
2. I connected RCA cable to the 3500SD and to the TV, but the signal strength is very weak and I can't get any channels
3. I factory reset the reciver + installed factory bin, but the 'Quality' keeps hopping and it fails to catch any channels now.
4. I uploaded the latest file and tried scanning the channels, but it fails to get any channels and I get no 'Quality' for any dish.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did send my reciver to manufacure once for the same issue and it worked for while and now it failed again.
