I have an RCA TV that suddenly the image is shifted about 3 inches down the screen, such that the entire upper portion of the screen is black (receiving no power, not even a dark black image) and the bottom of the image is off the screen (can't even see the volume bar when adjusting volume). I can't find any menu to shift the image, how do I do this and why would it spontaneously happen? It's an older TV.
