I just purchased a HD/DVR for DirectTV service. The box I'm replacing was just plain HD receiver and only needed one cable input. To be able to watch one channel and record another I need to have two cable inputs coming in. Can user a splitter to accomplish this? What type? Will I lose any picture quality?
