I plan to buy a new TV for my new home. I am confused whether to buy lcd tv or plasma tv, which to buy ? I have surf various sites on the web & I find one site for TV reviews where all TV reviews are there. Still I want to compare the prices with other sources. Do you know any good sources for on line TV buying? |

Plasmas have better picture quality but are more suitable for a dark room. LCD PQ isn't as good but is more suitable for a bright room. I bought one of my TVs online but I researched pretty good first. You have to be careful with return/exchange policies. Most places have a certain number of dead pixels needed for exchange, if they exchange at all. Manufacterers can be the same way. Also, some manufacterers only offer a warranty if the TV is purchased from an authorized dealer. That said, I bought a 50" Panasonic plasma from ABT with a price match from Fry's for about $350 less than what it would have cost locally and that was delivered to my front door. |

What Panny plasma do you have? The 80 series are a pretty big improvment over prior TVs. If the 90s improve as much as the 80s did compared to the 70s, they should be excellent TVs. |

Hi Guys, I feel Plasma TV would be a wise choice. As David Said Plasmas will have better picture quality. LCD TVs also good, but what is your choice I suggest going for Panasonic. I don’t know your budget? So confused what to suggest? , but I think you can get the right choice from this link: http://www.checkcost.co.uk/plasma-tvs/c/4328/ Cheers |
