I got a new HD DVR box from Comcast last Wednesday. (It's a Cisco RNG 200.) It works fine except for one thing. All of my On Demand channels no longer show the actors in a movie. Before I got the new box, if I moved the cursor to a movie, the actors would show along the left hand side of the screen. If I clicked on the movie, the actors would show there too. Now, there is no mention of actors anywhere. If I click on a movie, it will show me the description of the movie but no actors.
I called Comcast, and of course, they had me unplug the box, plug it back in, and they pinged it. And of course, that changed nothing.
Has anybody else ever had this problem? It's very annoying to see just a title of a movie with no information about who's in it.
