You will need to do a forced boot flash! Basically follow this:

1. Power Down and disconnect STB.
2. Connect STB to your PC
3. Open BL Loader
4. Open Bin File to Load
5. Click Download to commence File Transer.
6. Immediately turn STB on from Rear

DO NOT interrupt the process until download is complete.

YOU WILL see a message at the end of the download saying "Burning". Do not be alarmed, this is normal.

Once the download is complete, your stb will reboot itself. Power down STB from rear and reconnect to your TV.

The loader is going to depend on what files you have loaded in the past. But it should be 2.72

Your gonna need to know if b75 was loaded on that receiver and then load then follow what I told you to do earlier. As far asthe one not working, sounds like you need to jtag it. This is because it may very well have been a clone and you loaded a file intended for an original and not clone.

Liz. Knight Rider (----) mean boot60

just load CanAm-Puff_253_640 K)
(load this bin when the KR are running)
wait untill you see PUFF
running on the led
That mean "converted to PUFF."
then load last bin 286 PUFF
when PUFF are running, (no turn off receiver
Do as PRFRMNJ said to download the files, but use BL 1.40 loader
