Thread: Need help with Anik F3 118.7 EPG using echostart 9 on VS PVR 7000 |

i read threads on this forum and other forum but none help.
Here is what i did.
i use eacho star 9 (121) satelite and modify TPs for 118, scan the satelite i got all the channels with correct SID. but problem is i dont get EPG not current program information even.
i try tunning to GEO and AAGTV for entire night but didn't get any info.
i downloaded receiver guide but still didn't get current running program information.
i did blind scan also. nothing help me, i am getting 11 channel on TP7 11806 which is right according to lyng sat.
i have a single LNB which can get both echostar 7 and anik F3. i use universal setting and standard setting to scan echostar 9 but nothing help.
any suggestion to try out

Best if you post your detailed settings for 118.7 and 119 |

here is setting for both i put on universal lo setting is on 10750 on disqec port 2, 7th TP is 11806 20000 FEC 7/8 got all 11 channels.
what else you needed, is PVR 7000 code is able to get EPG for 118.7? |

note your satellites settings, do a factory default, load bin file and rescan your sat

well, this is a common problem with anik 118 with VS 7000. Even i dont get EPG on my VS PVR, but get it fine on my SV8000HD and VS Ultra...........i guess something in the programming..............if u solve it, do let us know |
