I have always loaded bins to a pansat 2500A with a DB9 Cable female to female. The computer used does not work anymore so now i had to buy a Db9 con male one side and USB on the other end to be able to upload files from my laptop. BEfore connecting i still need to use my old DB9 Cable.

Now, when trying to load, using the BL Uploader, i get an error as soon as i press Write Bin "Can't Open Serial Port
!!! : The system cannot find the file speicied"

Anyone know what can i do? or what am i doing wrong? i tried already a few files... but it still the same result.

PLEASE HELP!!!

USB to serial convertors are notorious for problems and for slowness.
Buy only the type with its own installation CD.
Do not allow windows XP to install it.
Manually install using CD

Select COM1, or COM2, or COM3 or COM 4 port.
Use device manager in your computer to check and select the right port.

I lost sattelite 110 due to windy. Does anybody know how to reset it up? Mine is 2500A. I saw echo 8/10, but when I scan channels, the channel list is the same as 119. I don't understand why it does like that.

Help please.

You need to realign your Dish.
First, check to see if your Mast is level vertical in all directions.
