so can you please help me that is it possible to get surround sound with capitive works 600 premium with 5.1 channel home theater...

Use the optical out

I have it connected to a Yamaha 861 AVR pushing 4 JBL L7's and a old L100 for center channel. Very good quality for a broadcast.

Remember you need to turn the Dolby 5.1 on for each channel that broadcast it with your CW600P remote.
