Have a vs ultra, have the latest bin. Problem 1 can't get zee punjabi. Problem 2, I'm get a good signal but the quality is low on 61.5 (all indian channels). Also have 110 and 119, but those are working fine. Please help!!! |

quality level is about 15-20
located near toronto
not sure what size dish, but have two. (my brother set it, hes not in right now) I think one is for 110 and 119 and the other for 61.5. We have one receiver set for only 61.5 and the other one has 61.5, 110 and 119. Its just 61.5 (indian channels) thats giving problems. |

You must get all channels from 61.5 located in Toronto.
Your problem is new or you never get these channels?
You can buy a cheap satellite tracker for aligned your dish

No, I was getting everything up until the last bin. After I put it in it was fine for a week but then the quality went low and the channels aren't really viewable. And zee punjabi, doesn't come in at all. |

OK
1) try a blind scan
2) try a factory default and dont remember to noted your satellites setup and rescan all sats.
If that not work reply and we can try others things

A strong storm cam truly deadjust a dish, and God knows we've had quite a few lately, and you will notice it first on the channels with the weaker transponders. |
