No one knows for sure what will happen next. But I strongly believe that the game is not over yet. As N1 and N2 were cracked, N3 will follow but it may take longer time or new breed of FTA receivers may be developed. Let us wait and see what the future hihes for FTA receivers. |

Many present receiver can work for N3( all 200 Mhz and 32MB SDRam.
But how many time blackout God know it not me.
All is in the program and some receiver as Viewsat Ultra are ready for Smart Card. |

You can run program on smart card memory or on receiver memory. |

It was put on hold for now by D#N for unknown reasons
B#V is fully going forward
Nagra hired another security contractor
I can only guess why
This time I'm not going to guess exact time for End of PTA
But usually increased security around October/November

As yo do factory default yo loose all your channel lineup settings.
If I want to save my lineup
What procedure do I need?
The manual that it came with was incredibly unhelpful
I know it can be done via rs232 or null cable

few days ago I stated that the new N3 cards have been sent homes for the majority of customers and very soon N3 will take over. These are facts. I expect 30-40 days maximum for Tv blackout. |

NO
The right elevation will put you in Clark's Belt. The tilt of the LNB is the circular rotation within the Belt, just like a steering wheel in your car.
Check the connections from the LNB to your switch.
The LNB should be pull back from the Dish
reflector.
Like I have said many times you know nothing about FTA TV. You get confess.
You don't understand what you read.

Due to several requests I have now added pointing information for multi-LNB dishes, starting with the popular US satellites Dish Network and DirecTV. There is now support for the DirectTV 5-LNB dish AU9 and the 3 LNB dish as well as the Dish Network 500, 1000 (1000plus), Superdish 105 and Superdish 121. In addition to the pointing direction, the magnetic azimuth, elevation and the dish skew (also called dish tilt) are given. The dish skew is according to the scale on the skew plate for the particular dish - Dish Network and DirecTV use the opposite scale, e.g. 90 degrees means all dishes are horizontal, 120 degrees for a Dish Network dish and 60 degrees for a DirecTV dish both mean that the dish needs to be rotated 30 degrees clockwise (standing behind the dish). Hope it makes sense but as a rule of thumb, rotate the dish in the direction of the pointing line. The multi-lnb setups are in the dropdown box. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select the one you need.

Rotating Horizontal polarity is ( L ) Left Circular
Rotating Vrtical polarity is ( R ) Right Circular
Providers rotate Polarity to eleminate rotation of LNB
Skew the dish when yo have 2 LNBs
So both birds reflect directly on dish
