My T.V. was on and running fine, the only problem that had been hapening was that bright colors were blurring if the brighness was up too high (like wash marks not normal blurring), and today while watching tv my set went out. When we tried to turn it back on, the Power LED blinks green as if it is warming up like normal, but then there is a weird clicking noise that is very rapid, not a slow click. The click lasts 2-3 seconds, and then stops, and re-clicks every 5-8 seconds or so. The Power LED continues to flash green until you try to turn it off or unplug it. I took the back off to see if anything obvious was blown/burned, but I see nothing wrong. It seems like the clicking is coming from the back right side of the TV (looking at the back), by a metal box at the very bottom right. Im not sure whats in that box... but I am pretty sure the clicking is coming from around there.

Ive read it could be... a Balset.. or something like that.
