I just bought like a 4yr old sony kp51ws510. There is like a shadow on the screen, it looks to me like maybe it is a spiderweb hanging on the inside creating a shadow. Is that possible and can the inside be cleaned, and how should I do it. Also there are some marks on the screen protector that I can't seem to get off. Can it be replaced?
