Have had this TV for a year and a half with no issues. Then a fwe weeks ago, started turning on and off randomly. They say they have a firmware upgrade that will fix it, but are trying to charge me for it - which is BS since it is a problem inherent to the TV. Also, just started randomly losing sound - sometimes for a few minutes sometimes for hours. Anyone had this issue or could shed some light?
