I have a 50" Samsung HLR5067 DLP TV which has gone on the fritz. I took it to a TV repair shop and the guy said that the display board was fried and it was going to cost $1100 to repair. Does this sound right? Is there anyway that it can be fixed without having to pay someone to fix it? In other words can I buy a part and have my dad fix it? He's pretty good with electronics! PLEASE HELP!!!!
