I purchased this television during the NFL season with all of the accolades of automotion...it was okay, not great...anywho i have an 8-inch blue ghost bar that has been seen by 5 Samsung techs and they have replaced the motherboard, t-pan, now the panel which wont be here for two weeks, so no tele at all and the tv was working before the tech showed up. somehow he managed to break my 52inch tv completely and Samsung refuses to replace the tv, only parts and this has been going on for months now, it was purchased in Nov 2007. Does anyone else here have Samsung warranty issues that have not been addressed? |
