Hi! When I click PIP button on Captiveworks 800, it's showin me only emty window , nothing in it..
Anybody know why ??

Hi! I did hard reboot and stil nothing showing , just showing receiver bsckground , no channels..
Something else I should try ???

Dont have one, but googled it and it looks like you not only one with that issue.

Even if you do get it working dont expect much. You would just get a still frame in the box as the unit is not a dual tuner.

In general PIP requires 2 tuners
I looked at specs, it says PIP but it doesn't say anyting about 2 tuners or anything supporting how to or even split the signal

So I strongly believe it is made to watch one tuner while reviewing something pre-recorded

It does have a PVR add on: meaning add extrnal USB-2.0 Hard drive to record

The playback and the single tuner can be the poor_ass PIP
Practically usless

There is no VHF output from that receiver

It only gives you snap shots for different channels and only one channel is live video.
