Hi, Lightning may have caused this but set is dead except for power LED goes from amber to green when turned on then back to amber in 10 seconds.. totally dead. Being a tech, I tried what I saw in an earlier thread here regarding removing U26 and putting in a 10K resistor between pins 2-3 but no fix for me. Also read you are supposed to put a diode in place of it but it never said between what lead numbers or what polarity to use when trying the diode. I did try it on 2-3 and one way the amber lite stayed no matter what while in the opposite polarity, it went back from green to amber as before. Any futher clues on this one or is a board needed for sure? Thanks!
