Hi folks, my Samsung keeps switching itself off and then back on again after a few seconds. Samsung have advised that it may be a software issue.

Has anyone else had a similar issue, and if so how was it resolved.

What has Samsung offered to correct the problem? Is there a firmware patch they can send to you via email or federal express with jump drive?
