I just bought a Sony kdl40V3000 and loved it until the basketball game came on. There are white flashes occurring approximately every 5 seconds for the entire ball game. I then checked out other sports and found the same thing with hockey games. The picture is flawless but the flashes are very annoying and takes the enjoyment out of watching the game. Is there any setting I can change to help? I'm within my 30 days but don't want to take the set back. I'm using dish network for my HD. Thanks.
I would just call Sony and ask them. To me, it sounds like a problem with the set and if you're within the 30 day period, the worst you have to do is take the set back and get another one.
