African...FTA forums are owned by people, who are served civil suits and Anton Pillar orders are issued and exceuted by the judicial and law enforcement agencies...allowing all properties, records and evidence to be confiscated...then in some cases the Forums will actually reamin open and be operated by the "authorities" as normal, with files being posted and posts of discussions etc, while the "authorities" and satellite providers work together and collect more evidence against other sites and the members of the particular site..
This was (in DTV days) and still is a common tactic now used by satellite providers and the authorities to combat satellite piracy, which is illegal any place..
In some cases, criminal charges and action accompanies the civil actions..
I was not NOT joking when I posted here MANY times over the years, that I feel this site is involved in such action , with specific members in disguise using many aliases, for that specific same purpose.. |

An order can be served at the registered address by mail and then by registered mail.
If ignored, the registration can be revoked by court order.

All these sites operate under the control of both defendants.
The two lawsuits are identical. Both claim the same. Each of them asks 5 million dollars damage and injury and were filed in Ontario and without a jury.
Also mentioned sites known Piracy operating as "outlets" trademark in specific brands(where they push these brands), which are several. The most famous are hashau, totalfta, dssevolution and other less important but where according to the documents, the defendants post bin files. The complaint also mentions that the two individuals instruct their clients how to use the equipment to steal signals FTA Bell and Dish.

Thay means without any long court battles, the site can be closed down - just as I said it could be and you agreed by sayin "Who cares.."
If all the sites that are in business could be closed down so easily, I am sure DN and BEV would love it.
Your ignorance about business is astounding. People in business are in business to make a profit, not to be shut down at the first sign of problems.
And certainly they are not in business to fraudulently disappear with $20,000 as you did at ftaprosupport.
By the way, I was wondering if you own dsscentral. That could explain many things, including the fact that DN has not taken dsscentral to court - they will probably serve you directly. Ha..Ha..Ha.... |

If LK owns it and she want to run as soon as served because she won't accept proper service, there will be an enforcible court order to stop the site form operating.
Then LK will keep all the money from paid membership.
If LK does NOT own that site, then I do not think that the owners of the site would want it closed. In that case they will be faced with accepting papers served though mail and respond with a proper address of a USA lawyer.
DN sues an individual for $20,000 not because they want $20,000 but they want to stop him from illegally "stealing signals" as they put it.
DN sues companies for $5,000,000 not because they want the money but because they want to stop these people operating to help people from illegally "stealing signals".
The end objective is the same - they want to stop people or companies from doing something which they believe hurts them financially. So if a company does not accept papers and is stopped or accepts papers and runs away - DN has achieved their objective. |

one simple truth... there is NO reason to PAY for anything but hardware.
everything else (bins/private access/keys/etc) can be found freely online.
if your favorite forum wants your $$$, it's time to find another.
i find it funny that f2atv is selling $25 pens (a notsoclever way to sell 'private' access when the server is too 'busy')

you can find a lot free online and as long as a safe good site i would pay i do because too many sites down too many site issues rater have a site i can get into
but i think you bring up a good point about free sites and paid sites as one thats full other thing f2atv allowing paid and non. in that case you might as well not pay .

LK is an old war vet looser, a man not a woman, who tries to push his web site (dsscentral) and cause trouble.
If you read through his 15435+ posts here (and stay awake) he is always cutting someone down while attempting to dazzle the 'newbies'.
Ecoustics would be better off without him (again like last year when he left sulking) but I'm sure he will venture back like the lonely old man he is. |
