Hello,
I am working with a Mitsubishi Mod CK-32308
32 inch TV. The set is not completely dead but it
won’t start up. When the power button is pressed
the front green led comes on (it doesn’t blink), and a relay (K901) clicks in for about 3 seconds then the led goes dead. Press the power button again and the cycle repeats. While the led is on there is a very faint buzz coming from a small transformer (T951). I’ve checked all fuses, connections, I checked the horizontal output and other transistors and all of them checked ok. The set uses an STRD4512 regulator. I went through and resoldered all connections throughout the board. The 9 volt standby voltage is present. There is voltage getting to
the relay K901 and the relay is passing that voltage on for the short time it stays on. Overall view of the chassis is below.

Any help appreciated.
Thank you
