I was given a 42" plasma display for free because it was constantly shutting down. I took it home and got it to stay on for a whole day by monkeying around with the different screen menu options. The next day it started shuting down again. I never know how long it might stay on. Sometimes an hour sometimes 10 minutes. I have a feeling it could be with the power supply. The picture is fine when it is working. I work in the electronics field but not with displays, and feel that I can probably fix it myself if I had some advice from an experienced technician. Could it be the complete power supply or just a some components associated with it? Help
