im working on a hitaci 55hds69 for a friend that has some damage on back cover and will power on, screen will not do anything.the backback cover has 2 dents on the top area on both sides no other damage is present.i have the back cover is off and no other damage is vivible.when i hold the power button for a few seconds the power light on front cover will flash 6 or 7 times.any suggestions? |

i really just need to know what the power light flashing 7 times means.
it seems like people are treating this info like its top secret or something.
i've looked everywhere and even tried to call a service center but nobody is willing to help people anymore.it's pretty sad! |

i have a hitachi 55hds69 plasma that powers on but screen wont come on.When the tv is on if I unplug and plug back in the power light on front flashes 9 times stays blue and after 15 to 20 seconds change to yellow, (standby)but still no picture at all no blink nothing,does the flashing give me a code to help fix this issue?someone PLEASE help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
also do the led's in the back indicate anything?there are 5 of them the green, orange and red stay on after flashing for a few seconds.
