I have a samsung 55inch tv model hc p5252w its a few yrs old turned it on the other day and everything is zoomed in cuts everything off on outer edges. it does have a picture size button but scroll through the sizes and it only changes when on zoom1 and 2 which makes it get closer. all others remain the same even though shouldnt. so im guessin its stuck somehow any ideas? |

Shane,
Enter the service menu and do a factory reset... I think this should fix your problem.. Instructions on getting to service menu can be seen here:

thanks for the tip i was able to get in and do a factory reset but still did not work any other ideas that might fix the problem? |
