colsat5000 dish 500 only the international dish though. not receiving AL Jazera anymore. can someone tell me whats going on?

Al Jazeera
EchoStar 2 (tp24) Freq. 12559 H
EchoStar 3 (tp29) Freq.12632 V
Both are on channel 645.

Al Jazeera is also FTA on C-band
Intelsat 907 @27.5*W
