thanks, SS I also have the same pansat2500A clone receiver. i try downloading Lothario250 from Namin"s box. i am doing the Blind scan still waiting to see if this works or not.
which Sat i should be scaning for DN.

DN is down.
For Pansat 2700A/E, clones, and conversions, BINs 227, 232 abd 235 are said to be working.
For people who are using Conversions, you can get these BINs from
http://public.box.net/2500_full_kit
File: Old_227-232-235.zip
These old BINs are for Conversions only.
DO NOT use on genuine 2700 or on clone 2700 |

NALYN.. i have a question for you....
Yesterday i bought an LNB...The guy told me that LNB 121 will be Ban in the coming month...
He advice me to buy an LNB which he said can Catch 118 & 119..
He said this LNB can catch International channels.. which are Indian channels..
So I bought the LNB which catch 118-119....
But when i Scanned ... I couldnt get any indian channel...
I dont know wat to do... because the Dish is pointed to Bell Express Vu....
Nalyn can you please tell me wat I must do in this situation. please help yaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr......

MKM: You need a 30-33" dish and a Universal LNB specially made for 118.7/119W.
There are at least 5 threads here in the last 6 weeks dedicated to installing this peculiar LNB in hardware and software. |

Here is an interesting post from Cessna Pilot, a well know senior MOD at al7bar*tk.
"For what it's worth, I am using a 1.2 meter (52") dish for the 118.8/119 Sat. For the heck of it, I also tried it on an 18" dish. It does work on an 18" dish, but the quality is poor, so any precipitation at all, and the signal drops rapidly. Use a larger dish if you can.
The reason I am mentioning this is for those that wish to experiment and change their LNB on a single dish aimed at 119; it is an easy task to perform. If the LNB's LO is 10750, it still will receive both Anik 3 and Echo 7. I tried it and it does work. You just need to reconfigure your LNB's frequency to 10750 on Echo 7, in the antenna setup area." |

I download Lothario250 from Namin"s box. Still Same thing "Scrambled or Bad Channel" i waited to see if i get anything on DN and also with BEV. I have 2500 Pansat clone.
SS: can you please let me what are files you had downloaded on your Pansat 2500 converted 2700 receiver.
I tried downloading Jvvh(F7)_2700-Remote_250 and then download CS_250T_Lightning_100t_Series_serial.bin and then i tried loading Lothario250. i got all these files from Nalin's BOX. please help me... |

OH nooo PLYMOUTH.. I dont think its because of the Cloud... recently.. there have been strong Wind... but the receiver was working fine.....
Am sure there must be something which I havent set properly..... OR may be because of the DISH pointing to BEll express VU..
IN FACt i really dont like the BEV pointing.. I prefer Echostar.. but a Guy came and turn the dish to BEV... which this I cannot have any of my Indian channels.... GRRRRRRRR |

BUt NALYn... the Dish pointing to Bell Expres Vu.. keeps on Bugging me... Do you think because of this pointing position am facing many difficulties????

Che G. : You must get a USB drive.
How to Load Bin to Sv-4000 With USB Memory Stick
1. unzip file
2. save unzipped file to memory stick
3. press menu
4. insert memory sick into front USB port
5. choose installation
6. scroll down and choose USB mass storage
7. press ok
8. scroll down and choose correct file
9. press red button and file will load
10. don't touch file will load and machine will reboot on its own |

Change channel up and 10 seconds later down and see if it comes back. You can also switch off and on at the back. |

It's probably the keys! check www.dishkeyz.blogspot .com (remove the space) for latest keys! Usually, when it says "wait for picture", the problem is the keys. If you have anymore questions, don't hesitate to ask! |

ed mc and Sp: After downloading, you have to:
1. Default setting (You must remember your antenna setups)
2. User setup inc. date and time. Closed caption off.
3. Antenna setup for one sat.
4. Blind scan (Power scan) for one sat.
5. At this time you will see TV.
6. Antenna setup and power scan for other sats.
7. SEt up favourites and P-locks.
Currently only DN available for Pansats, using the 227, 232 or 251 BINs.
The BINs must be either jvvh_ or CS_ or Saif_ BINs. |
