Just bought a Samsung LNT5271 LCD TV this pass Dec. 2007. It recently developed 3 vertical lines of dead pixels. According the service person, the flat panel is defective and will need to be replaced. This unit is only 2 months old and is still under warranty, so the repair is free. However, I'm curious if anyone else had this same problem.
