Thanks for the reply, the dvd Recorder is Pioneer DVR-640H, satellite is CNX Trio and TV is Sony KDL-32S3000. Cable is from wall jack.

Buy a RF splitter.
They sell 1-to-2 and 1-to4 RF splitters.

Connect RF splitter betweeen wall connector and DVD recorder and TV.

Connect Component Out on DVD recorder to Component In on DVD recorder.

You left out the satellite. Connect s-video or RCAs, preferably s-video, from the sat to one of the DVD inputs and set the DVD on whatever input you used to record from the sat. If using s-video, you still need RCAs for audio.
