Hello, I am a first timer here on the site and I was hoping I would be able to get some help. I just purchased the SA Explorer 8300 HD on EBay. When I attached it to my TV a message came up "The Explorer Set up is not authorized for use" Can anyone help me. Is there a way I can download a program to this unit to make it operational. I live in Canada and subscribe to Rogers Cable and this is the box they lease out monthly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
