Had new light engine put in my Hitachi about 1 year ago. After that was fixed repair guy had to come out and fix a ghost image. You could mainly see it on letters and on cartoons but it made the over all picture blurry. He fixed it in the advanced settings of the t.v. He wont tell me how to fix it over the phone, says " if I should hit the wrong button I could mess it up for good". I don't want to pay $100.00 to have him out again for a 5 min. job. Help how do I fix this. Thanks
