I have a 62" Mitsubishi Projection TV Model WD-62725. I replaced the lamp in January/08 & had to have a tech come out & see why there was no picture. He said the balast was bad & replaced it for $500.00. Now the TV will come on for a few minutes then turn off & the red light comes on in the front of the TV. I can unplug the TV for a minute then plug it back in & it turns on like it's supposed to. The tech from "HI Tech" (poor customer service) said it was the lamp.

What is your opnion??? Lamp is new!

I have a 46" rear projection TV; it is about 6 years old. I finally got HDTV. about 36 hours later, my video reception died. I still get audio, but on the main input I get squiggly lines. ON the DTV input, I get a still picture of what looks like a man in an airport. What happened? what will it take to get this fixed?
