the thing is african.. i scanned 118.9 yesterday and i got like 45 channels and it says 118.9...
etc.. does that mean i am getting 118 too with my dish? |

Many of the 121W International channels have moved to 118.7W.
You need a 30-33" Dish and a Universal LNB to get 118.7 and 119 on the same LNB. That is the best solution. There are 2-3 Universal LNBs available for about $20-25 - look for them at e-bay. With other regular LNBs you may get the channels but there is a 3 DB loss. You set your LNB freq to 11750 and TP freq to 11715 you may get a lot of channels if you are already pointing to 119W. Another way is to do a TP scan of each individual TP for 118.7 as stated at Lyngsat site.
I have posted 2-3 times before, the exact model numbers of the Universal LNBs.
DN also makes a repointing kit for switching from 121W to 118.7W |

Nalin i have 119 dish..
yesterday i scan the channel for 118.8 dish and it gave me about 30 channels..
what do u mean set your lnb to freq 11750 to 11715.....
it gave me few channels but not the one i am looking for...
what kind of setting i need to scan all the channels on 118.8..

its totally weried.. i was waiting for both channels (Geo News and Aag TV) for quite a long time and i've no idea why they didnt' upload these channels on 148 degree where most of the indian/pakistani channels are at??? Noww.. do i have to buy new satellite dish or just add another LNB on 148 degree dish to get 118 degree channels??? |

like zee sports its only available on 61.5,119
fu*ck i just paid installer to move the dish to 119... now agg is not even on 119 its on 118... |

Channels 717 LEOWD, 787 ZEETV, 788 TVASA, 789 SET, 790 ZCINE, 791 B4U, 794 AAJTK have been switched to a slate telling subscribes that the channels are moving off of 121°. The channels are all already available at the 118° satellite location. A call to dish and a "repoint kit" installed on the existing superdish is all that is required.
The following channels have temporary homes at 121° so subscribers can still see the channels during the transition period: 5703 ZCINE, 5706 SET, 5707 AAJTK, 5712 B4U, 5714 ZEETV, 5726 TVASA. |

As I said before, you are unlikely to get great viewing of 118.7 channels unless you have a 33" Dish and a special Universal LNB to scan both 119/118.7 feom the same LNB.
In the last 4-5 day "madflea" has been at it and finally succeeded but he used the DN supplied kit.
You scan the 119 first fith its setting. The scan the 118.7 with LNB freq of 10750 and set th eTP freq to 11715. Or you can pick up the TP freq one at a time and scan each separately. Lyngsat has those TP frq and they do start at 11715 |

some one post here that it killed their pansat reciever with the file downloaded from crazyfta . i like to promote site like desifta.*co.nr and other reputable site.. if there is problem.. i will ask the owner.. like personaly ( zeeshan made me mod/admin\ for his site..
so if there is something bad posted there i will or ask zeeshan to delete it....
and av and zeeshan they all got members from ecoustic and we supported their websites...
so before recommended someone i wanna check myself what was the problem and there was no problem.. that goof was just putting wron info about killer file here... it was just a scam..
so that was it all about... |
