I recently connected my TV to basic cable (it is also connected to my DirectTV and DVD receiver via component through a Maratz reciever) and was unable to get a picture. I noticed that cable TV comes through in PIP but while on the normal screen all I see is a black screen. I would like basic cable to watch the football playoffs. Aside from this the DirectTv and all else works well. I would greatly appreciate any input on why this is happening and how to correct it.

Hook cable wire (RF) directly to TV.

IF OK ....then Maratz hookup is problem.

If no picture with direct cable (RF) then...
tuner in set has failed....
