First off i am a non tech person, I will try to be as specific as possible. Problem is i can get the dvd to play but no sound comes out of tv. I tried following the owners manual, but it was not very helpful.
all video input is set to dvd there is a shaw digitle cable box hooked up as well
dvd player is a panosonic RV41 tv is a JVC AV32F475 it is flat screen about 3 years old.
I can hear the hissing sound when i turn up the volume, i am sure it is just something simple, but dont know what
I tried to hook up the same dvd player to a different tv before on that one the sound worked but not the picture????
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ...thanks in advance
