I just tried loading the new bin for the vs plat. Unfortunately the channel was on the bev package and since there is no fix for bev we are locked on the channel. Any idea how to reset the receiver so i get get it to the dis package.

yeah unplug disconnect cable plug box back in get of bev turn off reconnect cable plug back in stay off bev

once you get back on to Dish channel.GO to your installation and get into bev setting and turn off the LNB for bev. That should help.Thats the way I got mine set up and haven't had any problems so far..

i fixed it, my buddy lost all his channels last week and only scanned the bev birds so there were no dish channels even on his receiver...thanks anyways
